Menton Penthouse Full Refit

This project utilised all the skills we have in our employment from electrical work to major structural works. The apartment was finished to an extremely high standard and specification. It was a pleasure to carry out the works for a client who new exactly what he wanted. The finished result is outstanding and we are very proud, as is the client.

We were engaged by the client to get the entire apartment converting the old kitchen into a second bedroom, relocating the kitchen into the lounge living space, refitted the main bathroom and converted a cloakroom into a second shower with toilet. Both terraces were retiled and sealed. We rewired the entire flat including new points outside, installing new lighting throughout.
